1. Code of Ethics

Mecalux’s core principles convey the objectives and fundamental values that govern the internal functioning of the Group’s companies and their relationships with employees, clients and suppliers.

For this purpose, Mecalux publishes its Code of Ethics as a binding guideline for responsible and law-abiding conduct within the company, underlining Mecalux’s commitment to full compliance with all laws at every level.

2. Non-Financial Information Statement

On 29 December 2018, Spanish Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial Information Statements was published in Spain’s Official State Gazette (BOE). To comply with this Law, Mecalux has prepared its Non-Financial Information Statement, following the recommendations and indications established in this Law.
