Mecalux will unveil Easy WMS’s latest capabilities at SITL 2025

Mecalux will once participate again in SITL, the meeting point for supply chain professionals, where it will present its advancements in software and automation. The 2025 edition will take place from 1 to 3 April at Hall 1 of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition and conference centre.

Digital warehouse management

Warehouse digitisation will take centre stage at Mecalux’s Stand M026 at SITL 2025. The company will display its Easy WMS warehouse management system’s extensive range of advanced capabilities. This software is designed to optimise supply chains in the face of logistics challenges such as omnichannel, seasonality and multi-client/multi-warehouse management.

Among the innovations is the integration of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into Easy WMS, allowing the software to respond to requests in a natural, conversational manner. Users will be able to engage with the system via a chat that interprets and responds to complex queries, improving decision-making and warehouse process efficiency. The AI will access the data available in Easy WMS to provide accurate responses in various formats, such as figures, lists, tables or graphs. It will also generate downloadable reports with the data users need to manage their inventory.

Another digital innovation from Mecalux is Easy DOM, a software solution that centralises supply chain management for companies with multiple distribution centres and high daily dispatch volumes. Equipped with the latest advancements in data analytics and AI, Easy DOM integrates and syncs the various supply chain stakeholders (warehouses, stores, marketplaces, ERP systems, 3PL providers, carriers and call centres).

Stand M026 will feature a demo area where attendees can experience Easy WMS’s capabilities up close. Through practical simulations, visitors will see how the software manages operations such as goods receipt, storage, order picking and shipping.

Automation for goods flow

In addition to its advanced software for all types of logistics facilities, Mecalux also develops storage solutions that significantly boost productivity. These range from direct-access racking to fully automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RSs).

SITL visitors will get a first-hand look at Mecalux’s most recent advances in warehouse technologies, including the 3D Automated Pallet Shuttle. This high-density AS/RS leverages multi-directional shuttle cars to maximise warehouse capacity, throughput and flexibility.

Mecalux also manufactures internal transport systems responsible for moving goods between two points independently. The company will showcase the 100 and 1500 models of its autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) at SITL 2025. These intelligent vehicles adapt to changes in logistics facilities and can reconfigure their routes when workspaces are modified.

The multinational offers a range of autonomous mobile robots to meet every need: the AMR 100, equipped with a conveyor for handling boxes, trays and packages; the AMR 600, capable of transporting rack units to pick stations; and the AMR 1500, designed to move palletised loads weighing up to 1,500 kg.

We look forward to seeing you at SITL 2025!
